The university prefers, and strongly encourages, the use of corporate credit cards for all university related business dining expenditures.

Department Purchase Orders (DPO) may be submitted if a corporate card is not an option. To utilize a DPO, the department must provide a completed Retail Dining and Billing Authorization form 24 hours in advance. All paper work should be submitted via email or fax prior to the scheduled reservation. A separate authorization form must be completed for each visit. However, the same DPO may be used for multiple visits within the same week.

Pre-ordering is available and encouraged for parties of 10 or more and can be very helpful when on a tight time line for lunch. Pre-orders must be arranged and confirmed in advance. Pre-orders are due no later than 10:00 a.m. the day of reservation and may be placed directly on-line under the “Order Now” tab. In all cases of pre-ordering advance or guaranteed payment (DPO) is required.
